Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Regulatory Framework and Privacy Commitment

DayronLabs operates mission-critical infrastructures on an international scale. Recognizing the extreme sensitivity of corporate information, this Privacy Policy has been drafted under the most rigorous international regulatory standards, drawing inspiration from the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

This document exhaustively details how we collect, process, store, and purge telemetry, transactional data, and operational information when utilizing our development ecosystems, B2B portals, and Bare-Metal infrastructure.

2. Collection of Telemetry and Operational Data

As providers of high-concurrency architectures and automated systems, we explicitly and automatically collect various data vectors:

  • Server and Infrastructure Telemetry: We collect forensic logs, IP addresses, HTTP headers, request latency, and device fingerprints for the exclusive purpose of monitoring the health of physical clusters (Bare-Metal), mitigating DDoS attacks, and balancing traffic load.
  • E-commerce and Transactional Operations: In e-commerce platforms developed by us, financial data (credit cards, bank accounts) never touches our infrastructure. They are tokenized and processed directly by PCI-DSS Compliant providers (e.g. Stripe).
  • Discord Bots: Our corporate moderation systems temporarily collect user metadata, reported messages, and infractions (forensic logs). This data is used to feed the moderation rules engine and behavioral audits, and is never sold or utilized for external commercial profiling.

3. Processing and Legal Basis

The processing of the described data is founded on the following legal bases:

  • Contractual Execution: Providing the Full-Stack development services, infrastructure maintenance, and technical support agreed upon in the Statement of Work.
  • Legitimate Corporate Interest: Protecting the cyber integrity of DayronLabs, detecting fraud, optimizing algorithms, and improving software performance.
  • Legal Compliance: Attending to formal requests, audits, and regulatory obligations before the competent authorities.

4. Data Retention on Physical Clusters

DayronLabs applies a strict retention minimization policy:

Zero Retention of Non-Operational Sensitive Data: Databases hosted on our managed servers retain Client data only for the duration of the contract. Upon termination, the clusters are cryptographically overwritten to guarantee the forensic destruction of the information.

Security audit logs and network telemetry may be retained for up to 24 months for forensic investigation reasons regarding potential past cyber-attacks.

5. Data Sharing and International Transfer

Your information is treated as a highly confidential asset. We only share data fragments under the following circumstances:

  • Subcontracted Processors: With cloud infrastructure platforms, email delivery providers (SMTP), or third-party APIs (e.g. Stripe for payment processing), which act under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPA).
  • Legal Requirement: In response to valid court orders, cyber-fraud investigations, or enforceable government requests under applicable law.

6. Exercise of User Rights

In alignment with international privacy frameworks, we guarantee corporate users and clients the exercise of the following fundamental rights:

  • Right of Access and Portability: To request a structured extraction of the corporate data hosted on our infrastructure.
  • Right of Rectification: To demand the immediate correction of inconsistencies in the account records.
  • Right to be Forgotten (Erasure): To request the permanent purge of data and termination of service, subject to the settlement of pending financial obligations and mandatory legal retentions.

All requests must be formally channeled to [email protected] and will be resolved within a maximum of 30 business days.

7. Modifications to the Privacy Policy

DayronLabs reserves the irrefutable right to unilaterally rewrite, expand, or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of our Bare-Metal infrastructures, E-commerce platforms, or operational Bots following the publication of any update constitutes express and legally binding acceptance of the new processing terms.
